These terms cover your use of Tactic Practice, including the website at tacticpractice.com and the Tactic Practice app. By using Tactic Practice, you agree to them.
Using Tactic Practice
You're welcome to use Tactic Practice to plan tactics, training sessions and game plans for your own teams, players, clubs and schools, including sharing plans you make with other coaches, players and parents.
Your plans
The plans, drills, names and notes you create belong to you. They are stored on your own device, and you can export, share or delete them whenever you like.
What you may not do
Tactic Practice, including its design, look and feel, graphics, icons, text, and code, is owned by Tactic Practice and protected by law. Unless we give you written permission, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, or republish the board, its code, or its design, in whole or in part, on another website, app, or product;
- sell, rent, license, or offer Tactic Practice (or a copy or modified version of it) to others;
- embed or frame Tactic Practice inside another website or app, or present it as your own;
- take apart, decompile, or reverse engineer the code, except where the law specifically allows it;
- remove or change any copyright notice, name, or logo;
- use the name “Tactic Practice” or its logo for your own product or service; or
- use Tactic Practice in a way that breaks the law, harms the service, or harms other people.
Open-source parts
Tactic Practice uses some open-source software, such as the three.js 3D library. Those parts stay under their own licenses, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.
No guarantees
Tactic Practice is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running well, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that saved plans will never be lost. Export plans you want to keep as a backup.
Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tactic Practice is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update Tactic Practice and these terms from time to time. If we change the terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Tactic Practice after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
